Given the present scenario where there is s a shift from teacher -centric to learner centric education, technology has broken the monotony of traditional teaching and has provided a variety of teaching learning tools. It has made the teaching more creative and constructive. Exposure to new technologies like flipped classrooms opens up new horizons in terms of providing students with opportunities of collaborative learning and improving their analytical skills. By implementing these tools the teachers can be better equipped to teach the students

But there are certain lacunae in implementation……. like availability of necessary IT equipments and technology readiness of students.

…..under the above conditions the use of technology would be counterproductive…
