Armaan Malik : Lil champ turned heart throb singing sensation!!!

Hailing from a musical family Arman Malik has touched our hearts always with his exceptional voice. From being a finalist at Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Lil Champs to the youngest Dada Saheb Phalke Award Winner, he has just gone right!

His musical family includes grandfather, music director Sardar Malik, father Daboo Malik and uncle Anu Malik both composers and singers.His brother Amaal malik is also a Music Producer and Director.

His passion for music has been there since he was 4. He started learning classical music at the age of 6.

Armaan has been singing songs in different languages since he was nine years old. Armaan can sing in different languages such as Telegu, Kannada, Bengali, Gujarati, Marathi and English.

He released his first solo album ‘Armaan‘ at the age of 18 under Universal Music. His elder brother Amaal Malik did the sound production of this album.

In 2009 Armaan auditioned to get music scholarship from Berklee College of Music, Boston, to only get through. He also went on to complete the course with Honours.

He dubbed for the character of an English boy in the Yash Raj Film ‘My Name Is Khan‘. He also lent his voice to the character of Salim in the radio version of ‘Slumdog Millionaire’ for BBC Radio 1.

In 2016, Armaan got Mirchi Music Awards under the ‘Best Indi-Pop Song‘ category (Male) for his single ‘Main Rahoon Ya Na Rahoon’.
