Equality before the law
Equality before the law also known as equality under the law equity in the eyes of the law legal equality or legal egalitarianis is the principal that all people must be equally protected by the law. The state shall not deny to any person equality before the law or the equal protection of the laws within the lerritory of India. The process equality before law and equal protection of low can be found in the Indian constitution which en sores every citizen that they shall not be discriminated against in any application or enforcement of law or any unreasonable ground. Equality is a fundamental concern of human existence expressed in the principal of the equality before law.
The constitution of India provides for equality before law or in states the state the principal required a systematic rale of law that observes due process to provide equal justice.
Equality before law means that no one is above the law of the land.thus it has slightly negative connotation it means that laws dose not disseminate on the basis of birth position gender or other personal attributes thus privileged underprivileged and unprivileged are equal before the law.every person has right to recognition as a person before the law every person has the right to enjoy the persons human rights without discrimination.
