Nach Baliye 8 winner: Yeh Hai Mohabbatein couple Divyanka Tripathi and Vivek Dahiya walk away with the trophy along with a cash prize of Rs 35 lakh, a Hero Maestro and Ora jewellery. While Abigail Pande-Sanam Johar stood at the second spot, Sanaya Irani-Mohit Sehgal finished third.
Television’s star couple and Yeh Hai Mohabbatein actors Divyanka Tripathi and Vivek Dahiya will have a sweeter first anniversary in July as they today they emerged winners of celebrity dance show Nach Baliye 8. The couple, one of the strongest since the beginning, thanks to Divyanka’s immense popularity, beat Sanaya Irani and Mohit Sehgal and Abigail Pande and Sanam Johar in the finale. While Abigail-Sanam stood second, Sanaya-Mohit came third. Happy with their win, Divyanka and Vivek called it the best wedding anniversary present.
Divyanka said about winning Nach Baliye 8, “It has been a journey in itself. We’ve come to understand each other so much through this beautiful journey of 13 weeks. Due to Nach Baliye, we got to know and understand each other better and better since we had an arranged marriage. It surely has been Romance Ki Jeet for us, and the learnings that we’ve gotten from this show is going to take us on a long, happy road! It is magnificent how our fans have helped us go through the journey with immense love and support. Managing between shoot and rehearsals for Nach was really difficult and it often left us tired. But now that I look back at the 13 weeks, I see that we both have truly evolved as a couple”
