The privatisation of education is a growing  and complex issue

             Privatisation is a process ,which can be defined as the transfer of assets,management,funtions or responsibilitidea previously owned or carried out by the state to private sector.

     Privatisation of education is sometimes promoted as a means of filling gaps in the provision of education . However,the on going trend of education raises serious concern about ird negative impacts on the enjoyment of the right to education , particularly regariding the availability and accessibility of free education ,equality  of educational opportunities and education quality.
