Smoothies as name suggest which smoothen our mind and body and do wonders on our tummy. They are trending now a days as persons are more fitness freaked and everyone want to have some special body cuts in their figures. Now a days our tummy become easily upset because of eating not healthy food. Digestive system problems like acidity, weight gain, tummy pain etc arises so fast and our whole working schedule get disturbed. So why not to relax your tummy by combining simple ingredients and add some magical seeds, spices and put them in blender and our magical chewing meal is ready to consume in next maximum 5 minutes. Ensure that they work for you and not against you.
Correct way of taking smoothies

It is a meal not a drink, yes after reading this you might be in a doubt. Is it so? We are supposed to drink it in one sip. But this is not correct. Always chew all ingredients slowly in mouth and then allow it to pass on stomach. It is best to replace sometime meals with it to feel light.

Take chopped apple pieces with its peel and 1 spoon of rolled oats.

Add soaked, chopped almond pieces.

Add pinch of cinnamon powder, roasted half spoon of flax seed powder.

Pour half glass of water or skimmed milk. Add 1 scoop of protein powder of your choice. Blend all ingredients in a jar and yummy smoothie is ready. Drizzle some cocoa powder.
2. Vitamin-pack smoothie
It is loaded with digestion-enhancing and immune boosting foods like pineapple, banana, coriander leaves, avocado and ginger.

Pour all ingredients in big blender and blend until smooth. We can add ice cubes to get consistency.
